This is a new safe method for the Tethered Shooting with Sony A7III, and\u00a0 A7IIIR3, as well as for models of other manufacturers that support USB 3.1 type C.<\/p>\n
There is no risk of damaging the USB 3.1 Type C port with this method!<\/p>\n
All you need is a 10-pin USB-C data cable with magnetic contact.
The transfer of the ARW (RAW file) with approx. 42MB takes less than one second.<\/p>\n
Tethering is an extremely helpful and beneficial function of modern digital cameras. With nature or material photographs, it is possible to design the photo before the actual photograph takes place. The photos are viewed in detail in live mode on the connected Mac\/PC while the camera is on a tripod and connected to a computer.
